The Buffalo Bills have had a tough season, but luckily they’re still in the heat of the playoff race. We’ll see if they can get back on track on Sunday, when they face the Carolina Panthers. However, Josh Allen and the team have received some bad news as Emmanuel Sanders’ status does not look good.
According to Around the NFL, Emmanuel Sanders’ knee injury does not heal as the team had hoped. For now, the veteran wide receiver has doubts about the Bills’ game against the Panthers.

Luckily for the Bills, Stefon Diggs and Cole Beasley are still available. In addition, Gabriel Davis recently strengthened for Buffalo. Losing Sanders isn’t ideal, but Buffalo has the depth to maintain consistency in the air.
Sanders has been a reliable target for Allen this year. Even so, the Bills will lose some veteran leadership on Sunday. The Carolina Panthers are desperate for a win and they will do whatever they can to upset Buffalo.
It will be interesting to see how this game unfolds. Both franchises are in a must-see scenario with the playoffs getting closer and closer. Carolina almost collapsed as Cam Newton’s experience didn’t go as they hoped. On the flip side, the Bills struggled in the games they needed to win.
Keep an eye out for Josh Allen and the offense. Allen is coming back from an injury, but the Bills are confident he will play on Sunday. Look for Diggs to play a key role against the Panthers as he’s easily the best passing option in Buffalo.
