According to confirmed reports, Foreign, real name Maxie Ryles III, left his 2018 Mercedes Benz running upon entering a Citibank in Fort Lee, NJ. When an officer saw him get back into his vehicle, he asked for his permit, but Foreign walked away.
An officer pursued Foreign, who was apprehended in a parking lot one block away. While the 31-year-old rapper was searched, the officer found a .25 caliber handgun with the serial numbers scratched out, which is a separate offense in and of itself.
